Unlock the Benefits of
Enterprise Engagement

The Enterprise Engagement Alliance (EEA), a coalition of leading organizations dedicated to promoting and expanding the philosophy of engagement in business, made social networking and interactivity a key learning component of its education program for the first annual EEA Networking Expo, June 3-4, 2010, at the Doral Arrowwood in Rye Brook, NY. The 2011 event is slated for June 15-16, 2011 at the same location, at which time the EEA will release phase 1 of its formal Enterprise Engagement curriculum and certification .

The program included:

  • A unique, interactive education program focusing on best practices in the emerging world of engagement.
  • The opportunity to meet with leading suppliers in engagement, including rewards and recognition, performance improvement, technology, and other engagement products and services.

One of the key objectives of the EEA Networking Expo was to help organizations and management create a formal blueprint for the practical implementation of Enterprise Engagement strategies and tactics, and to meet suppliers who can help make it happen.

Unlike traditional conferences, the Enterprise Engagement Alliance involved business practitioners in the development and sharing of content in order to tap the expertise of as many people as possible to create the Networking Expo education program and an Enterprise Engagement Best Practices Manual.

Expert speakers shared information on Enterprise Engagement and then facilitated interactive sessions on key elements of engagement. This education concept was based on the premise that attendees would learn more, and organizations would derive greater benefits, if they hear from the broadest possible number of viewpoints.
