The New York Incentive, Rewards and Recognition Expo and Conference has only limited booths available, and is limited to brand-name companies, incentive and recognition companies, and other organizations that can help foster engagement, including promotional products suppliers, technology companies, and other companies offering services to help organizations engage their target audiences. Qualifying exhibitors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis determined by receipt of a contract and a 50% deposit.

Attendees consist largely management in sales, marketing, and human resources representing leading corporations and marketing services companies predominantly in the Northeast.

The Opportunity

With only limited booths available in an intimate hotel setting, the New York Incentive, Rewards and Recognition Expo and Conference creates a unique opportunity for brands, leading promotional products and recognition suppliers, incentive, marketing services, and technology companies to meet customers and prospects in sales, marketing, and human resources seeking the power of brand names, promotional products, and other services to help foster greater engagement of their customers, channel partners, salespeople, and employees.

Costs

Send in the contract for 2009 with a 50% deposit by July 31, 2008, and we will keep you at the rates you paid in 2008 for your exhibit space.  We ask only that you retain the same space commitment you had in 2008, and that you note that a check must accompany the contract to confirm your space allocation priority. There will be a rate increase for all new exhibitors for 2009 and for existing exhibitors who do not get back to us by July 31, 2008.

Corner Options: add $250 per corner (additional booth configurations available upon request). All IMA members will receive a $2 per square foot discount. The same discount applies to anyone who signs up before Nov. 1, 2008.
